Virtual Private Training is available to allow for a deeper dive into addressing your specific muscular imbalances and understanding how your body moves. After an initial 1-hr Movement Assessment, Joanie will design a customized Corrective Exercise Program to support your body and hold you accountable as you work to meet your goals. Let's get you back into the workouts and activities you love ASAP!

1) Book a day and time for your initial 20 min consultation by using the Calendly form below.

2) Log in to your personalized zoom link during your designated date and time.

3) We'll spend 20-min together discussing your goals, your aches & pains, questions and/or discuss your pregnancy/ postpartum body experience or birth story. 

4) We'll schedule a time for your 1-hr Movement Assessment. Following your assessment, Joanie will create your customized Corrective Exercise Program and together, you'll get started right away!

5) Virtual Private Training and Consultations are available from 5:30AM-12PM EST, Monday through Friday.
